My stuck stress started when I was 13. My Mum died and I was in boarding school. The stress of losing her played out by grinding my teeth.
 
After 23 years of broken mouth guards, flatten every ridge my back teeth, I finally found the cure. And all that time it was staring me in the face, literally. 
 
It was me! It was how I reacted to my Mum dying. Grinding became my coping habit. Worse still because I was asleep I wasn't even aware I was doing it!!
 
Understanding stress reactions has become my passion. Over 20 years I've educated thousands of people to take back control of stress and its impact on their bodies.
